I have paid 1600 INR for the online enterance test fee of manipal university for my brother via sbi banking on the payment gateway of ccavenue. money was deducted but not transferred to manipal university.
Due to this issue my brother is unable to apply his application because today is the last day of applying. I want my money back soon
