The stay at radisson blu was really disappointing. The property is categorized as 5 star property but there is no such hospitality. The staff at hotel is rude. There is no proper room service, the air conditioner , room bell and bed side lamp were not working.The room and towels were stinking badly. The room windows were covered with dust. I request a refund of the prepaid tariff.
