i am a reliance postpaid connection user. i receive a message from costumer care that your bill is 1924/Rs. please pay your bill. Un forchnately i cross the due date of bill payment .the services were barred from reliance at 14.07.2012.there were no issue from my side.on 17.07.2012 i paid my bill of 1900/Rs at web world at greter noida. after paying bill i sent my friend to reliance web world to inform them that please start my phone as soon as possible a lady that were employee over there she told to my friend that you have to pay 400/Rs to start your phone services. he paid 400/Rs extra.then she told him that your phone will start in 2 hours at 17.07.2012. in 18.07.2012 morning i asked to that lady she miss behave with me she told me like this ki
“aap mat batao ki aap roming me hai aapka phone start nahi hoga ” .I asked her what is your name she do not tell me on 19.07.2012 in evening started my phone services.i face so many problem by reliance. please tell me who will provide me my money & my reputation.
