I purchased I ball mobile on 8-2-2012.After thet twice it went wrong,first time it started switched off and now three lines came in display.The service centre of Bhilai sends them to Raipur. The Service format does’nt have a Serial No. & the Stamp of service centre.

Request you to look into this matter .
Suggest good solutions .
Since 4 Month I am facing this issue .
Already I invested Rs .- 8000 to buy I ball
5000/- for another new Mobile because I Ball mobile PCB issue was there.
now another 5900 for PCB change .
Cant believe !!!
Feeling sorrow to purchase I Ball Mobile.
You should understand customers Pain.
