Compliant on APSRTC Conductor

Location/place: Hyderabad

Dear sir,

I was travelling in a bus from IIIT to Infotech(Ap, Hyderabad, Gachibowli) and have asked conductor in bus to give me ticket to Infotech, but she gave Rs 4/- ticket, then i told her that i have asked for Infotech not Infosys as ticket till Infotech is Rs 5 and till Infosys is rs 4. She made me to take two of Rs 4 instead of giving me rs 5 ticket. She was lying that i have asked her till Infosys, if it is really a misunderstanding she has to give me Rs 5 ticket but she gave me 2 Rs 4 tickets. Rs 4 does not matter…but the APSRTC conductors behave is very bad.

Think once What will happen if i sit taking Rs 4 ticket and get down at Infotech?

The bus number is 216L/W with no. AP28Z4540 on date 20/07/2012, which has lady conductor in that.

I request Management of APSRTC to take Employes who complete their Graduate. Which will solve many problems in your organisation.

Almost all conductors of APSRTC are making extra money by robbing from the passengers. They did with public…why don’t they do with your organisation, please think once.

There are many instances which i have faced

1. Always cundutors take atleast 1 or two rupees extra saying that they don’t have change to ruturn back from the person they gave tickets, this happens to 1 in the second person who gets into bus.
2. Some buses will not even stop at bus stop, don’t know why buses are for….
