I am Vicky from Vrindavan, Mathura, UP 281121. My mobile number is 8859825860. I am very very upset, disappointed and frustrated with the service provided by Vodafone. I had purchased the SIM from a local dealer in Vrindavan after giving the necessary documents and a photograph. However after a week the service was disconnected stating that I have not submitted my documents. I visited the dealer again and in 48 hours the number was resumed.
Again after one month VF has suspended the service for the same reason. I resubmitted the documents to the dealer on Monday however today is Thursday and the number is still not connected. This is beyond joke and displays the lack of competency in an esteemed organization like VF.
Had I not recharged my SIM before it got disconnected I would have gladly moved away from VF. Not that VF cares enough anyway.
