Worst experience with Maruti Suzuki dealer

Dear Sir,
This is abhishek Kumar. I purchased Maruti Swift Dezire on 4th March, 2012. I am facing lots of Problems from the beginning. on the day of Delivery, it was promised to deliver the vehicle at 2.00 Pm but it was handled over to me at 8.10 PM after lots of hot discussion with the staff and even with General Manager.During delivery i saw a big black spot on back bumper, after a long discussion again it was changed. then at around 8.40 PM i received vehicle.
After some day i got a call from feedback department of Maruti regarding feedback experience. I denied to give any feedback because i was not not happy with the service.
Next day i got a call from Sales executive, he requested me that if i will not give positive reply to the feedback section then some amount will be deducted from his salary.
I say ok and sign a paper that i donot have any complaint against magic Auto, Dwarka.

Now around 4 months passed away, i did not received my RC. from last one month, appox. everyday i call to RC section of the Magic Auto, on every call they replied that it is under process and you will get it after two day or three day. In between i tried to talk to the General Manager but I was told he is busy and busy.

On 27th June, with lots of struggle i got the mobile no. of G.M. of Magic Auto Mr. H. P. S. Vedi. I called him on Mobile and told everything. He called me after 15 minute and told me that your file is misplaced in Transport authority and you have to fill some forms again for registration of the vehicle.
I was so surprised .i spent a lot on mobile but they did not give me right information for which i paid to Magic.

It is a kind of harassment that i am facing from very beginning. this is my worst experience with Maruti Suzuki. i used/purchased vehicle from other companies like Hyundai,mahindra and Tata but never face such type of problem from anywhere.It is sure that i will never purchase any vehicle from Maruti Suzaki if dealer was not punished for the said incident. i will also raise this issue with consumer court of Delhi.
