Rs.5000 International Roaming not refunded

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is with reference to the Refund of International Roaming deposited which was paid on July 2011.

I deposited Rs.5000 in the month July 2011, as I was travelling to South Africa. I canceled my International Roaming in the month of Oct 2011 and asked Airtel to refund Rs. 5000.

I haven’t received the refund till date. I have been following up with Airtel customer care and Nodal officer’s to look into my case for refund.But nothing happend. They have come back to me saying that I haven’t deposited the money at all. After providing the Credit card copy as proof of payment (as lost my original receipt) they agreed that the amount will be refund. But my refund is not processed till date.

Could you please help me to get the refund back?
