The level of cheating and unprofessionalism that Dominos has gotten itself into is highly unparalleled. This incident happened with the following outlet:-
Dominos Pizza Outlet, Road Number 5, Near Kuna Guest House, Jubilee Hills Road, Hyderabad.
1. On 22nd, after registering an order online and making payment in full, I did not receive the complete order. It was only after making an online complaint and after more than an hour did they deliver the product. Highly untrained and irresponsible staff at the outlet.
2. On the 24th, after placing an order for a party, their link failed after making an online payment and the amount going out of my bank account.
These guys have a serious problem with their customer service in Hyderabad and if they are so understaffed, it’s better they shut doors rather than placing untrained newbies to handle business. Seriously irresponsible.
