I parceled my household items from Chennai palvanthanghal from om logistics on 13 of July 2015 and the delivery was to be by 18th of July 2015 at Whitefield Bangalore and now they tell me their office is not in Whitefield and its under construction.I only gave them because in their reciept they mentioned delivery to Whitefield with the consignment no. 13656021. till now every day I am calling and they tell metommorow they will and also they told they have an office at naxapura which is40 kms away from Whitefield. they are asking me to come personally and collect it there. I have already prepaid too for the whole process. Today (24/07/2015) they told for sure they will get it delivered near Whitefield but still not done… Again postponed to tmmrw and its been happening from the past few days inspire of calling and telling them they keep telling today or for sure tomorrow.
