Name Problem In Registration Certificate

Dear Sir,

i Bought A HONDA SHINE From GH Honda Dhariyawad.

His RTO Office Related Work is Done By A Third Party Which is located in Pratapgarh Rajasthan.
His Firm’s Name is ANAND YATAYAT.

When i went with his MAN At RTO Office for My Bike’s High Security Number Plate Attachment , in That Slip i Saw My Father’s Name Incorrect.

i informed his on the spot, he told me that i will make it clear Dont Worry.

but now in my R.C. of Bike My Father’s Name is Incorrect.

when i told him to make it correct , he is asking for EXTRA PAYMENT For It.

Please Help Me Sir…

Why Should i Make This Payment ?
it’s Not My Fauls.
