Name of company/service: Tata Photon Plus Mobile Broadband

Dear Concerned,
This is to bring to your notice about the deplorable service quality of internet services provided by TATA Photon Plus. I have registered a series of complains on my Photon Plus no’s 9241251686 and 9234487652(none of which seems to be working well) regarding frequent signal fluctuations and loading issue in my locality in Bangalore situated at Kariyanapalaya, Bangalore-560084, but no action has been taken still now and no body from TATA Docomo seems to be concerned at all.
This company is a goddamn cheat and so are the people at Nodal level are the biggest thieves and crooks who only give false commitments. I am sick and tired of lodging complaints and escalating matters, but to no avail.
I am once again putting this issue to your kind attention to do what’s necessary.
