Its been 3 weeks since i have logged in the complain to the customer care of hathway. All my payments are clear. The engineers there never called me prior their visit to my place. When i contact, every time a new rep. Receives the phone and gives me some random request numbers which they don’t follow at all. I am a software developer and need net access 24×7. My net pack is still valid for a year. Also they do not provide customers with any kind of invoice or notification regarding the payment made.
I request you to kindly attention this and help me with the needful.
