ON 31/07/2013 AT 11:56 AM MY ACCOUNT WAS DEDUCTED BY RS.16.00
AFTER THAT I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY DID NOT RECEIVE MY CALL AND I KEPT TRYING TO GET CONTACT.
ON 03/08/2013 I CALL AGAIN AND ONE OF THEM RECEIVE MY CALL,WHEN I TELL HIM THE FACT THE EXECUTIVE TELL ME “THAT THE REFUNDING HOUR IS EXPIRED I CAN’T REFUND THE BALANCE” THOUGH HE TOLD THAT THERE WAS A MISTAKE.AND THEN HE REQUESTED ME TO DISCONNECT THE CALL.I CUT THE CALL BECAUSE I HAD NOTHING TO DO.
IS THAT A SERVICE……?
