I, Anshul Jain, account holder in Punjab National Bank forgot my transaction password in internet banking. There is a method of OTP through which the customer can get its password. When we click that option 4 details about which they are asking like Account number, ATM card number , ATM pin and date of birth. When I am entering all the options my ATM card number is incorrect is the response I am getting. I called customer care 10 to 12 times for that but I am not getting any solution. They are just fooling us and telling to follow this step and that step , but none is working right. Infact there senior executives are not replying properly and telling that there software is not working like that. There response are also not good and they are not bahaving properly on the phone to how to deal with the customer.
I want my transaction password as early as possible to do some urgent transactions. I do not no what to do right now because I have already wasted 3 days to get proper response from punjab national bank. But still thay are not providing any solution. My account number is 1066000400088742 and my ATM card number is 5126 5202 0176 6628.
Please help me as early as possible.
