asked money for the product under warranty and misbehaved with the consumer

sir/mam i bought my Samsung laptop on 7 may 2013.and from last month there is a continuous problem on the keyboard and touch pad of my laptop,and when last month on 23 of July when i went to the samsung service center at GMS Road ,opp Dena Bank ,DehraDun ,Uttarakhand..they said i have to leave my laptop over there for one day and they will inform me next day what happened with my laptop ,but they didn’t call for 3 days.and on 4 day when i called them they said that the keyboard of my laptop will have to be changed ,and they ordered the keyboard and i received m keyboard on 12th of this month ,after 15 days….and the main this is when they were handling m laptop to me they said i have to pay 3000rs for keyboard,which is under warranty ,and when i asked them why should i pay 3000rs for the product which is under warranty so they said that keyboard is not under warranty and when i asked them this in written then the were totally shocked and then they handled m laptop with repaired keyboard .and when i came back to m home and opened m laptop then the touch pad of the laptop jumped out ,i don’t know what the hell they have done with my laptop the touch pad is not working anymore,and i called their land line number they didn’t received the call…they talks very rudely…..sir their are many more bad things which i have experienced in Samsung service center.. sir/mam please solve my problem its my humble request to u. thanks
