I have ordered three products with an offer(Rs.500 off on purchase of rs.1000 above) on http://www.askmebazaar.com on jan 17 and 23, 2015.

AB892207.
On that day ,when i ordered the products,it showed me those products are available. I ordered those things too and got acknowldgment through mobile and mail. they said that the ordered products will be delivered between 7-10 days including holidays. I have waited more than that.
For about 2 weeks, i didnt bought FAN because i ordered the USHA swift fan in this website. Inbetween, am keep on enquiring about my products delivery status. At that time they said ,sure it will be delivered in few days please wait.
Lastly i called after 13days of order date, they said we will take complaint about the product undelivered. and the next day evening I called them, they said “Sir! They are out of stock, so we cancelled the products”. i have been waitng for 3weeks for those products arrival. But their response worstly disappointed me. And they didnt even compensate me with any further processing. they just asked “sorry for the inconvienience, order again pls”
Kindly help me to get justice. Am helpless. I need my products to be delivered soon at that rate. They cheated me. None of the shoppng site will do like this. Kindly please help me to get justice. Gods grace, i didnt paid for tat. i made it as cash on delivery. If i paid for that, then i will be in a much depresed mode because am a student.
Kinldy please help me. No cheaters should escape out of your justice.
