Hi,
i am writing this mail due to fed with the service of Airtel. i was holding my corporate C36 CUG 349 plan and due to some official work i had gone to other state(Maharashtra) so i had coverted it into Roaming free plan 99Rs. but again when i want to reactivating my prev CUG plan then Airtel peoples are saying that we are unable to process your request as you are already activate myPlan. The bill plan can be changed only to myPlan, if myPlan is already activate.
My question from you guys:-
Why you given such wrong information to customer, if i know about that i was not ready to activate it.
Please take some strict action on customer care executives, who sits in Airtel for Consumer helping not for flowing wrong information. I faced this issue second time which really very frustrated for me.
