I have purchased a Sony MDR-XB30EX In-Ear Extra Bass Stereo Headphone (Black) with RS-1044. And due to its poor quality in right ear bud I have returned the product through amazon.in’s courier service which they provide for shipping the purchased product to the customers. And now it is almost 15 days passed I don’t received my refund which is against their policy. Please do the needful to get back my money as soon as possible
