dear sir , this regards to purchase made on amazon india portal ,which was offering a amazon diwali dhamaka & on 12th of oct 2014 @ 4:30 pm i have made a payment of 56829=00 online through my bank & as per the terms of amazon they charged me 99=00 extra for next day delivery . after number of call & follow up with the amazon india i have not yet received the goods & when ever i call them or chat with them i just get a assurance that the goods will be delivery by 8pm of 13th oct 2014 which was not done & when i contacted them with the issue they happened to say that by 14th of oct morning 1pm it will be delivered ,but even that they failed so & again promised by the amazon india that the parcel will be delivered to me by 15th of oct by any cost within 9pm & which they again to do so. & today 16th of oct 2014 when i contacted them with the delivery issue again a new promise that within 4pm they will deliver the product , again they have failed so . i have tried number of time & doing follow up with them ,but in vain , during this period of 4 day i have gone with mental & stress pressure just because of amazon india. today i have called the amazon india & requested them to cancel my order & refund me my amount with interest & i would like to request the consumer forum to take action against such portal where there is no face to face contact & where the consumer face such a hardship after paying the amount well in advance & not getting the product & all oboe this they have given 2 false statement that they had tried get the delivery to me . i would request to take strong action against them ,so that tomorrow or ever they don’t harass any consumer in future . thanking you in the meantime.
