FRAUD VODAFONE : UNNECCESSARY CHARGES

I am a Vodafone Customer in Pune using E_Connect_3G_ 299 plan.
Vodafone has charged me Rs 306.00/- for downloading

wapvilla_ppd Rs-49 . So in all they have charged me Rs 306/- for downloading a stuff which I had never downloaded.When I called their Customer Care for explaination they had no proper explaination.
These services I have not activated and these people are saying This has been initiated by SIM.How can this be possible.I have secure pin for my mobile no else and use my mobile and I have not done this.Also I have told them that I am not using smartphone, so there is no concern about downloading or browsing stuff like this. please do needful.
