My name is k. aravind i have payed online payment for ULITE 210 GB 6MONTHS package on 12 march 2015. Afer that i have call YOU BROADBANK customer care for connection they said that technical person will call you in 3 to 4 working hours. THE COMPLAIN request id 2015031422634.
Now 11 days is over in 11 days i have complaint 5 times but the customer care person is not giving correct date about the connection or they not giving back my MONEY
