Fraud Company making fraud promises

We had moved out our household goods from Bangalore to Delhi on the 14th of March. Initially it was mentioned that the goods will reach on the 7th day. When we called after 5days we were told that we will get the things delivered on Monday morning the 10th day. Which we again confirmed on 9th day and were updated that goods will be delivered on 10th day. But when we called on Monday the person by the name Deepak (Mb: 7259325599) said now the goods will be delivered the next day and gave his seniors his number (Sunil: 9035326001). Now Sunil to our surprise confirmed that it was coming in part load whereas we were initially told that it was through a special vehicle which later also Deepak confirmed. We were very disappointed with the seniors response, he said it can take a month also. We have still not recieved our goods…………………………..
