Package Dispute

I am the customer of Tata Sky DTH service. Initially my package was expire on 17-3-2015. On 20-2-2015 I have received a call regarding discounted annual package for 1800/- and have been told that after recharging my annual package will be updated. So I have recharged my package but my package was not updated. So I have launched a complain “SR2302151291651”. With this complain I have been told to mail back on 17-3-2015 to update my pack. and told that they have all the information regarding that. I am also having their recording. When I have launched a complain”SR1703151319640″ again on 17-3-2015 I have got a message that your package due date is 25-2-2016 But my point is when the company is renewing my pack the new date has to be 17-3-2016 which was assured in earlier complain by their customer representative. Today also I have discussed this issue with online chat portal with them with reference no “2123219” Now they are not listening. So I want that the strict action should be taken against them. So they dont try to make fool the customer.
