Not yet got the refund for the cancelled order 2 months ago

I ordered 4 pants and a 2 T shits in www.100bestbuy.com two to three months ago.Only i T shirt i receive and i got refund for the one T shirt but i dint receive refund for the 4 pants which i have cancelled the order due to unavailability of stock.Refund amount is nearly 2000 rupees.My registered id is [email protected] and mobile number is 9600502302.
