On 21 June 2012 a amount of Rs.15 has been deducted from my aircel number-8410643088.I called on the customer care number and asked to refund my amount which has been unnecessary deducted.So they told me that they will prepare a complaint for this unnecessary amount deduction from my balance and adviced me to wait for the period of 48hrs.But after 48hrs when i found no refund of the amount to my aircel number i again called to customer care number and they told me that no complaint has been registed for my promblem by them,but told me that this is their service rule if a customer calls to them within a period of 48hrs from the time his/her balance deduction,so it is their duty to prepare a complaint to my deduction and refund my amount of Rs15 which they have unnecessary deducted.So they made my complaint and gave me my complaint number:1-8728153147 and adviced me to wait till 48hrs for the processing on the complaint made by them and told me that within 48hrs i will receive my unwanted deducted amount of Rs.15 back.But from 25 june 2012 till now i.e. 2 july 2012 no refund of unnecessary deducted amount has been refunded to me by the company.And customer care has stopped attendind to my calls.So i kindly request you to see to this matter at the earliest and refund my amount of Rs.15 to my aircel number-8410643088 as soon as possible.
