This is to inform you that I had tried to made the payment on line from my HDFC CREDIT CARD, to ESSELWORLD – they are collecting the payment in favor OF ESSEL INFRA PROJECT, on 18th MAY 2012, I had completed the all mandatory data on line potal of ESSEL WORLD on 18/05/2012, Rs. 4450/- HDFC showing paid ESSEL WORLD not received, in this regard I wrote a letter to HDFC CREDIT CARD but still problem is unresolved and they are charging for not using the service on 19/05/2012 I had paid the same from my another card because of vaction and guest childerens, HDFC asking come with letter from ESSEL INFRA PROJECT, ESSEL INFRA informing they will not give any letter for non transactions, since the payment showing in OUR STATEMENT Rs. 4450/- which PAID BY HDFC BANK and informing that payment made.. the main problem HDFC AND ESSEL WORLD BOTH ARE PLAYING WITH THE CONSUMER AND JUST HARRASING AND NOT RECEIVING ANY HELP FROM THE HDFC BANK AND ESSEL WORLD, Please take up the matter and confirm how to proceed regarding this REVERSE ENTERY AND ALSO COLLECT THE INTREST which is charged by the HDFC BANK.. from 18/05/2012 to till date. – Jagruti Malaviya – 9820224124
