Not working/poor Service

I have purchase a Eureka Forbes RO b4 8 months, the service personal came around 10 time bt it is still not working properly. from last 5 days it is dead and service personals came around 3 times. but stil it is dead. Service technician don’t know any thing about system. now i am asking to change with new system.
