I am Holding an airtel postpaid Connection 9818453555 . My credit limit as set by Airtel is rs 6600 . I visited Dubai in the month of august for one night and used my phone on international roaming under the impression that in any situation my Bill will not exceed rs6600 without prior notification. . But i have recieved my bill exceeding rs 26000/- which was shocking. when contacted airtel customer care they reply was that you have to pay this amount.I have complaint that my credit limit was said in the previous bill as rs 6600/- they why i was not informed about exceeding my credit neither my roaming services were stopped. please help and lodge my complaint. take necessary action in the above mentioned matter
