delay in replacing faulty parts

we baught spring fresh model of ro purifier , serial no. 8005046 on 1.10.2009. now its filter is not working.we have coplained about the problem about 20 days back and keep reminding them almost every day but the servicemam is not coming. if you people can’t replace the faulty parts then take your product back or we will have to file a complaint against your company.
