Sir,
I got the said card without the safety cover which has to be provided with all the newly issued PAN Card.
For which I contacted UTI through email many of times also sent the personnel application with the photostat copy of the same cover for reference so that issue can be resolved at earliest.
Instead of sending the Safety Pouch(Cover/envelope) UTI is not accepting at all that it has dispatched the PAN Card without ensuring its correctness and playing the blame game. Whereas the envelope in which PAN Card was received with the letter clearly has got the address as
UTI infrastructure Technology and services, PB No. 20, Plot No. 3 Sector 11, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai-400614.
Please intervene.
