complaint against reliance GSM service

Hi,
I am Deepak Kumar. My mobile number is 9883251487. I am using reliance GSM service for more than 6 years. But on 2nd feb 2013, reliance deducted more than Rs50 for just opening a google page in mobile web browser. How can it happen if the charges is just 10p/10kb for browsing. Being an IT professional, i am quite sure that it could deduct max 1 rs for this. I called customer care several times but they are neither ready to refund the deducted amount nor ready to write a complain. Is this the kind of reward,reliance gives to its valuable customers. Even most of my friends use reliance service and it happens with them frequently.
I really want to escalate this matter to higher autority of Rcom to take proper action and do proper justice. If i dont get my deducted amount refuded, i will opt for number portability.

    Hi,
    Still the issue not solved by RCom. I got the call from Rcom on 5th feb,2013 but there was some network issue due to which we couldn’t talk. I was told that i will contacted after an hour but no body from Rcom contacted again. I have still not received my wrongly debited amount yet. I don’t want to continue with reliance service anymore if the response is like this. Please tell me the process for changing the service operater and how much time does it take to change the service? Does any kind of interruption occurs while shifting service providers?

    I don’t understand why my problem has not been resolved yet. I got a call again on 12th feb on my number 9883251487 and asked me the issue.As soon as i told complete details,the call got disconnected. There was no network issue at that time. No one called me again.
    Besides, I have already written complaint here in consumerforum. Why don’t you people read this and check in your system and resolve the issue. Everytime i can’t explain the issue and wait for no resolution. Rs50 balance was deducted on 2nd feb,2013 for some chargeable content as confirmed by customer care and its already more than 10 days and the issue still persists.I don’t know what is the retention period of data that you keep in your system. So i don’t want to listen that you are not getting the data details after 15 or 20 days. Don’t keep the issue pending ang please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    I am getting frustrated with kind of service reliance is providing day by day.This is totally unacceptable. Reliance higher authority should take initiative for this.

    Dear Team,
    Finally i got a call from Reliance mumbai office.Neelam from reliance called me and asked me to get the details of net usage on my number 9883251487 from customer care. I thought to give it a try.
    When i called GPRS section in customer care,they told me they have the data for last 3 days only.Its better to call general customer care who can give details for last 15 days or 30 days.
    I again called general customer care on *333. Sourav from reliance told me that they don’t have net usgae data details for last 15 days. If they would have it,they would easily provide this.
    If i don’t get the data details,what can be the best option for me to get my deducted amount refunded. Its just a matter of Rs 50 only but i was not aware that this 50 rs would cause this much frustration mentally.If i would know it before, i would have never complained in consumerforum. But still i am hoping what reliance could take next steps to resolve the issue.

    guys I got a misbehaving by agent and on 28 apr 13 u guys dedicated my 20 rs from my acc last night and than I had a word with c service and he said its a wrong dedication u will get your refunds back and next mor nothing happened than again I had a word with cservice he said its takes some time and than I had a word with the girls again and she said thats not a wrong deducted its bze of internet and when I was asking her how its happened he didint reply and she transfer my call to gprs department and its happened 2 times so sushant

    I am really feel very shame to take a Reliance Ph sim my no is 9555807915 alternate no 9717629951. From last 15 day no signal in my office premises, I would come out if I talk to someone or most of the time my ph is not reachable I am regularly call your customer care no (198). Which is continuously busy or in case my call pick by some of your representative the reply same answer that system in under updating call after some time.

    I really don’t understand if you didn’t update your system since long time then how you provide good service to customers ? 2ndly the way of taking of your representative is very bad they talk in Punjabi or even they don’t have any information properly. Even they don’t transfer call to their senior person and loud sound coming from their back end even some time abuse language also.

    Hope my complaint will be resolve and some serious action taken against your department.

    Hello, I am Rahul, The issue which I am facing right now actually started on 07th May 2013 when suddenly I found that a Caller tune was activated on my number without my prior knowledge & Rs 30/- was deducted from my a/c for the same. I was annoyed as this activity was done without my knowledge & called the Customer Care immideately & wanted to de-activate the service, but the Advisor was very well spoken & insisted me to keep the service as the song was good, I was pleased with her & agreed to try the new subscription of the caller tune for the very first time. Again on 1st/2nd June Rs 15/- as renewal charges as told by another lady Advisor of the Customer Care.
    Today(07/06/2013), in the afternoon again Rs 30/- was deducted from my a/c so I called Customer Care Helpdesk where Mr Sudipto Sarkar informed me that Rs 30/- was deducted as Rental Charges & initially Rs 15/- was deducted as download charges. This statement was not at all accepted by me & I enquired ‘why download charge of Rs 15/- is charged again when I havn’t downloaded any new song nor have I changed the Song?? & moreomer why I wasn’t inormed about such conditions at the time of subscription??’.. But the agent was not able to help so passed over the case to his supervisor. I spoke to Mr Ghanshyam how also stated the same & stated that he has no information about 07/05/2013 & proved to be unhelpful too & escalated further. I then spoke to Mr Ranbir Kumar Singh who hardly allowed me to speak & inturrupted numerous times & kept on speaking over me, Moreover misbehaved by charging comments & direct statements which would hurt the second person’s ego & prestige. He was indirectly rude & had no manners to speak to a Customer as well as didn’t help me further, and I demanded to speak to His superior he refered me to Relience Store who will give me the number of Appelete Authority to complain further..
    In earliear instances if someone looks into my a/c he/she will find that religiously Rs 03/- has been deducted again and again which I had to call & ask customer Service to refund..
    Hence completely dissatisfied with the entire service. And I hope someone in Authority looks into this matter ASAP or I will hav to speak to TRAI.

I got sms from reliance having one offer that in the recharge of 599 rs. get 4000 min R2R free +100 rs free talk time. but after recharge i did not 100 rs talk time for this i contacted to customer care but they said you to have registered your complaint to nearby reliance office. then i went to nearby reliance office but they are also not behaving in well manner. so please take the necessary action as soon as possible.

    i would like to inform you that i am a custmer of relience gsm and my contact no is 9953625608 (DELHI) i had launched a complain regarding my balance deduction on 22 june 2013 and complain no for that is 204752533 which is still not processed i had a talk with custmer care executive several times regarding this issue and every time he just refreshes the complain and no solution is given to me till now
    on 25 june again i got a complain no. after custmer care executive refreshes the complain and complain no is 204894923
    both the time i talk with Mr AVTAR ( floor superviser ) he gives me a bad and worst feedback every time he told me to put the call on hold and after 15 min he disconnects the call by saying i am transfering your call to Hi Senior so i want you to please solve my issue and please take some action regarding this bad response of your executive Mr AVTAR .
    its already 7 days past i didnt got any solution .

    Amount deducted 202 Rs without any information.

    I am Hitendra Singh and i am using reliance number +91-8591909899 from last 3 years but i am facing continuously amount deduction problem i have sent so many mails regarding this problem.

    Recently date July 24, 2014 reliance again deducted 202 Rs from my balance and customer care persons are saying that i used GPRS when i was net pack Rs 34(400MB data for 7 days). When i activated that plan i got message that my plan renew after 7 days even i got message 24th July 2014 in the morning that your request has been registered to activate your data service.

    But reliance deducted my 202 Rs and customer care persons are saying that they can’t refund my money.

    I Yogeshwar Sharma, with mobile no. 09326723947 using Reliance Telecom
    services for past seven years. For last one month, services to my number
    have been discontinued on the pretext of document verification. In-spite of surrendering the required documents
    providing my identity and address, services have not been restored yet.
    Each time I visit Reliance gallery, the representatives give mere
    assurances to start the services in a day or two. Even complaining to appellate authority(Req. ID. 226381590 ) is not solving the problem. Nobody picks call at appellate secretariat no. 18602002011 if one wishes to know the status of the complaint.

    I hereby request you to kindly look into the issue and activate services
    to my number ASAP.

    I have purchased a prepaid SIM of yours and its not activated. Almost 7days completed.

    I went to the shop 3times and ask the reason. They said due to Reliance server down this problem raised and it will take

    more time to active my SIM. Even they said that the Reliance SIM executive (I mean the person from Reliance who come to

    the shops to collect the orders of SIM) also said theat the due to the Server down it may take more time.

    But when I called to the Customer Care (198) they said that there is no such problem and you go the shop.

    Now my question is: As a customer Why should I suffer a lot for your SIM? I gave all the necessary doc. but still m

    suffering.

    Please take necessary action within 3days otherwise I will go to the Consumer Forum against Reliance.

Reliance network is the best network I have seen. Yesterday evening at 4-20pm from my mobile number has cut 10 rupees but I don’t know why?
    Today morning I share the problem with your customer care but she tell that my number is not Reliance. So, she tell talk with BSNL customer care. And today evening again I share the problem with costumer care executive Archana. This time she tell that your rupees can not be returnable. Then I told her give to your senior I am talking with him, but without any reply she disconnected the line. I face this problem everytime without any reason.
    When I didn’t take time to change with BSNL to Reliance exactly I will not take time to go Reliance into other network.

  43. I have a Reliance Pro 3 data card. Number 9322831014. I have been facing this trouble since the time I bought this pathetic reliance data card. Reliance claims a

    speed of 14.7 mbps. Forget 14.7 mbps, You dont even get a speekd of 256kbps. At times if you are lucky you may get a speed of upto 1 mbps. To top it all now a days

    it has started functioning like a dial up connection during the day time. At night it may give you speed of upto 1mbps. But that’s it. During the day time when its

    mostly required, it fails to give you bandwidth. Sorry to say this but RCom is a thief. Anil bhai I pitty on you. If you do not take care of this situation now then you

    My net was just on for 1hr and I didn’t used the net my balance from 147rs got deducted to 38rs then I made my net off .After sometinme i had to make a call and tried calling a no it was saying you don’t have balance.I didn’t got to knw how can a balance be deducted even if I switched off my net and how can u charge 111rs for just the net being on and not used.

    I am using mobile 8767490501 and recharged 220 Rs and received the balance but after one more than 200 Rupees deducted from my account. I contacted customer care on 198 but customer care executive said “I can not check details as network is not available to check details in my system.
    This is not first time I am facing issue such type of issue in last four months means unwanted balance deductions and most of the time customer care number is not reachable

    So, solved this validity deduction problems, earlier 48GB data
    pack+Validity yet not received.

    25 August15 cut on 19 August 2015 at midnight, this is Reliance mobile
    system problems or system corruption/errors wrongly deduction before
    my data a/c balance actual validity period expire, i proved this
    Reliance mobile system corruption, & i also retained safely RC29 net
    pack card which data pack recharge card recharge on my Reliance number
    at 19 August 2015 at 12:01a.m. So, send Reliance Mobile you’re
    official at my place or contact at my details numbers mentioned above.

    The Internet speed has totally degraded
    There has been no support from customer care service. If someone pays for the service and it is no provided then it’s a shame on your part.
    If this problem Persists I assure you I will be going up to the highest courts for the poor services you are providing.

    Sir maine pehle 93 ka 2g recharge karaya tha to suru me net slow chal rha tha lekin bad me net fast chalne lag gya tha… Fir uske bad mene dobara 93 ka 2g net dalaya h lekin abhi tak meri speed fast nahi hui hai… pls. My problem solve…

    Dear team,

    I am Pradeep baghel nd my contact no is 9770 654 789 using for the last 5 year.

    In that year I suffered a lot of problems but could not complained anytime but now I want to take major action with relience GSM SIM.

    Before sometumes I got a offer for rs 8 in which call rate have to be reduced to 10 p/m for r2r nd 30 p/m for other local calls, but I got normal validity

    I called customer care several times but they couldn’t resolves it nd gave me 2 day, nd then 7 day and now a month are completed even there is no expectations.

    When we cal to CCE ( Customer care executive) there talk too rudely nd made call hold for more than 15 minutes, is that good in behalf of us

    *Now I just want to make complaint against those executives who misbehav with me nd neither resolved my problem*.
    At the end, RELIANCE CARE plz make sure yourself that executive they are appointed by them, are able to solve the problems or not. Thank you

    i am Rohit pandey i am using Reliance Gsm (9015743957) from past 7 years without any problem but last two months my mobile balance deduction unnecessary without any reason.50 Rs deduced from my mobile balance at 22 Oct 2016 11:32pm .i have not send any type of request .my whole balance is to be deducted by the Reliance’s team but i requested to you pls refund my balance in my A/C .you can do any thing i want back my money in my a\c i hope you will provide the positive feedback of my complaint:

    Hi,
    I am using reliance number 8792277076.
    From past 6 days my std out going has been blocked , I am not able to call any std calls.
    All my bills are clear, current outstanding is Zero.
    I called many times to customer care they say “we are working and issue will be resolved in few days.” I am really frustrated with reliance service and customer care.
    Can some one tell me how to escalate this issue. and where can I call apart from customer care?

    Iam using Reliance network 8144612451.
    Three days before they theft my 45rs amount from my balance.iam try to contact the customer care but I can’t communicate with them. Contact Options only available but no responds from Reliance network. Your customer care services is very worst. But after 2 days i got contact with them from another Reliance no. I am told about my issue but they said they dont have any information in ther system for last 2 days.. And they didn’t respond anything. So what should we do now..?

    I have done the recharge of 11 rs and i m not getting my amount in my main balance.11 rs is doesn’t matter.How they giving service is matter. (9019683866) I m using reliance gsm Sim from past 4 years.And I m not facing any problem from last 3 years but nowadays customer care executives are very poor.If we call them they are simply telling sir we are not able to check your problems so we transfer to your for our senior executives that holding call time will be taking minimum 15 to 20 mins after senior executive coming they are simply disconnecting the call.

    I went to pay for reliance bill in near service provider office,yesterday and today i got the message that only 100 rupees are credited to my account as my whole bill amount was 500 rupees and i paid whole amount in cash to that people.Now,I am calling to that service provider and they are not picking up my call as I called near about 7-8 times.I am totally frustrated .Dont know,how company gives job to these unresponsible people .Even they didnt give reciept everytime.disgusting.

    I had 100 rs in my reliance GSM number.since the telcom operator got bankrupt they unlawfully taken my 100 rs I can neither get my money back nor there is any chance of porting the number.reliance telcom swindled me!!!
