DUPLICATE PRODUCT

I am purchesing one Jabra Blutooth headset from tradus online shopping on 14-01-2013.Its dispatch through shopper52 mail([email protected]) but after receiving, this product are faulty then i send to mail to Jabra custom service( [email protected])regarding my problem after discussion they refer this matter to proconnect office which is belongs to India and Mr Suresh Kumar ([email protected]) discussion about this matter and they refer to replace this product give the approval through mail to redington (ahmedabad office) but when i am going for replacing that redingtone people said in your product having no sirial number,warrenty card (DUPLICATE PRODUCT) I am so many time to call soppers 52(contact no-09920938577) but no one receive my call.so who one provide this document.Now redingtone people said wait for 17 days.But why when i am prchese i pay the amount then and there but why they not give proper service immediately.My complaint No-
