Not responding for the payment and also the product

Name of company/service: vodafone

I’ve took a vodafone post sim and activated for 3g services also but every month i’ve not got the bill so many times i called customer care so they have not responded again i went near show room and updated the mail id that day i’ve given for the change of plan 3g to 2g they ‘ve took the request but no respose only again bill came with the same plan they r telling call to customer came but no respond so i given the request for cancellation then i’ve specified the reason and all the things again they ‘ve not cancell thesim still in active mode only i just feed up of this so again they r demanding to pay the bill so please take a complaint and slove as early as possible…
