mobile not working properly

Location/place: jaipur

Name of company/service: samsung mobile

i purchased samsung mobile worth rs. 5,800 on 19/11/2011. with a warranty of one year. it is not working properly from 3 months so i gave it to repair on samsung service station before 1 month. After 2 days they gave me back saying it is repaired but actually it was not then again 2 more times i gave back. but the problem is not solved now also. they are not ready to change it. my mobile was with them for almost a month and then also not repaired. I think they want to finish 1 year time so that they can charge me and repair. I am very uncomfortable without my proper mobile. Please check and solve my problem. I have the original bill also. Please
