Name of company/service: tata indicom
I am using tata docomo 3g stick services(7204606855).For some time i had not used the services(5mnths) so, On “aug 9th” i called 2 times to tata docomo regarding my connection both of the representatives told my connection is still active and i can go ahead with recharge. I recharged for 1200rs. my connection was working for 4 days suddenly it stopped working, now they saying my sim is permanently deactivated. I have recharged my account only after conforming with the tata docomo representatives.
there was also a system error tkat my broadband worked and now stopped
