Kindly note that the first complaint was made well within 30 days of purchase. That complaint itself has not been resolved satisfactorily till date. Kindly note the below mentioned facts
1. The shoes when given back at the showroom for the first time were returned after one month and that too after many follow ups.
2. The next time some local pasting was done and the same were returned.
3. I had visited the showroom personally many times before putting this mail as a last resort when the showroom people said that they cant help.
From the above facts it seems that the intention of the company is to just keep the customer hanging around so that they can very easily say that the warranty period is over. Your reply below is very hurting and also a shame on the brand of Liberty.
Kindly take note that my first complaint (made verbally well within 15 days over phone at the showroom) is still pending and has not been resolved to satisfaction. If the company returns the shoe just like that just to get the warranty period over it is totally an injustice which I’m not ready to take at any cost. You are requested to kindly replace the shoes (which should have been done in the very first instance) since the shoes are bearing manufacturing defect.
Waiting for an immediate and justified action from your side.

I am surprised after reading your reply, how your system can generate automatic reply without receiving my complaint. Kindly check?
However my complaint details are here under
I have purchased a pair of shoe ( ALU-8903253379652, Product Description-413, Size-7, Amount Rs. 2499/- INVOICE NO-2019) from your Liberty showroom situated at PLOT No-1B3, TWIN DISTRICT CENTRE SEC-10 ROHINI NEW DELHI-110085 as on 2nd Oct 2011. With in one week of start using the sole pasting of the shoe started to open up. I lodged a complaint ( via Complaint no 27 dated 29th Oct 2011) for the same at the showroom. They asked me to submit the shoe at the showroom and assured me that there will no such issues in future. I got my shoe back after almost a month after many follow ups in the last week of Nov 2011 or Dec 2011. This time again the same problem happened within 5 days of wearing the shoes. I lodged a complaint again at the showroom ( Telephonically and personal visit at showroom) the same time I had a word with your Regional Sales Manager Mr. Sachin on the issue at his mob no +91-74284-93001, he assured me that the same problem will not repeat again and they picked up my shoe for replacement this time. I received my shoe back with in 1day and I am sure some local pasting done on it. After wearing it again the sole pasting started to open up just within 2 days of wearing it. I called up at the showroom for replacement of my shoe but in vain. I’m not getting any response from their side for my complaint they just given me one telephone no +91-184-2252510. Kindly look into the issue on urgent basis and replace my shoe at the earliest, so that I don’t have to adhere to other means of getting the same done. A snapshot of the shoe is attached herewith for your kind referral.
