No Pipe gas Connection Provided

Name of company/service: Mahanagar Gas

Dear Madam/Sir,

This is in connection with Pipe gas supply to my residence. The history of the case is as below;

Full payment for Pipe gas service was made on June 4th 2011 ( encashed on 8th June 2011 by MGL) . Till date there has been no gas connevtion provided. I have been following up with the Costomer Care number since Jan of 2012 however till date there is no service provided with the said company.

Please let me know what action I can take with the said company
