I purchased a TATA photon device on 25th july 2011 and having 1 yr warrenty on the device. On may 28 2012 I raised a complaint (complaint no.311222503) saying my device not working, till today i didnt get any service. But I got bill for this month and they are asking me to pay the rent Rs 1058. For not using the service, I dont know why I’ve to pay the bill? I called multiple times and asked about the complaint. Till now its not resolved.
Even my device is under warranty they are asking me to pay Rs750 for new device
Since I’m sick and had surgery, I’m working from Home, I was not able to
connect to my office network becos of this issue.
So took 2 days leave and got shouting from my manager.
And loss of pay for 2 days to me.
