Kindly do the needful as I have really regretting my decision to take HITACHI…which is not inspiring me at all. your customer care is helpless,,,they even doesn’t know their senior nos and name. I have been following Hitachi people from last one month but no body is there to listen.My case history is as follows

Tell me one thing I spent 30000 for whole thing AC+ STABILIZER just for one year and after that you guys are asking me to 350 Rs for some illiterate mechanic who does not know how to speak to customer, and just concern about money or why should I pay at all I paid 30000 Rs just 13 months back. I really want somebody to take necessary action.
