Dear Sir,
The sales representative from Aqua fine who manufactures RO water purifiers provided us one RO machine for trial basis for some days. They asked for deposit of Rs.1000 refundable after completion of trial period. (If after trial, the product is not bought bys us). After the trial period , we returned to RO machine to Aquafine. But after asking for the refund of Rs, 1000 which they had committed at the time of providing us the machine, they are giving us several reasons that money will be refunded after this and this time. Its now more than 10 days i am following up with them at their office and on telephone, but they are not responding properly. They seem to be reluctant to refund the money.
Request you to please look into the matter.
