This is regarding LCD tv of Toshiba.My sugeestion to those who are planing buy any toshiba product please do not they are poor during service.Below you will find my mail to toshiba.After this also they are not atall paying anny attention.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I bought a Toshiba LCD tv from Great Eastern Electronics Kolkata on 24th dec 2011. It stopped working on 3rd of july 2012 and I registered complain on 4th of july 2012.Complain id 070412-8. Technicians came from Toshiba customer support center on 5th of july and analyzed that color board burnt out I don’t know how. That guy told me it will take 3-4 days to replace color board but I didn’t receive any notification after 3 days. So I chased up with service center again.I had to called and remind them to resolve it for 8 times. When I asked one executive to put me in cc in email communication unfortunately that was not done by that executive. I want to know what the reason is. On 19th july (after 15 days though he committed that it would take 3 to 4 days) the same technician came to my home with new color board and installed it then found it is not working. So he analyzed that power board needs to replaced. I don’t how many days you people will take though he committed for 3 days.
I am very upset to your support activity. First it takes too much time to resolve one issue for secondly you didn’t analyze issue properly at the first time. I checked in internet like consumer forum and lot many site for complain everybody is saying same words about Toshiba.
I need this issue resolved shortly. If I didn’t get any satisfactory response from you then I need take some other action.
