Subject :- Not providing service after m/c supply even full payment is made.
I have bought a paper plate manufacturing (semi auto double die) machine from M/S SHAGUN TRADERS , 124/125 Palika Bazar Kapoorthala,Lucknow (UP) in the Name of Smt. ASHA. As it was giving add in Dainik jagran Daily Hindi News the condition was that vendor will supply RAW Material to the customer and will continue to purchase total product from the customer who will purchase this machine from M/S Shagun Traders-Lucknow. I contacted the proprietor Mr Adarsh Mishra and he assured me about service along with quality. I made its all payment as he asked and I received a machine through a transporter in may 2011 but Machine was not in working condition, I made a complaint to Mr Adarsh Misra over phone (9795944923)on same day and he assured to get it attended & to handover it in working condition. Latter many times I reminded him about it but he did not send any body to see this machine and machine is still lying useless & I am forced to bear loss. Now a days he is not receiving call and not contacting. Whenever I go to his office / shop at palika bazaar kapoorthala it is found locked.
I have made payments in the following mode :
Rs. 15000.00 Cash on Date 27.03.2011 for booking of the machine.( in his office in palika bazaar-Lko.)
Rs. 49000.00 cheque No.277867 (SBI-Tanda ) dated 18.04.2011,full payment of machine&material
Rs. 2000.00 at the time of delivery of machine to the transporter at my house on personal request of Mr Adarsh Mishra on returnable basis that is additional.
TOTAL PAYMENT: Rs. 66000.00
