Name of company/service: Indian Health Organisation (IHO)
There is company called IHO providing preventive healthcare cards .They told me that child vaccination is 100% discounted at the time of card purchase and now after purchase they are telling its only 20% discounted .when i placed a request for cancellation of the card and refund of my money on Monday 2 july , CC representative told me that i will get a cancellation confirmation call in 3 days which didn’t happen .Then i again called up their CC 2 more time but haven’t received any confirmation from their side and also they haven’t replied to my mail which i mailed to their service team mail id [email protected] mentioned in the policy document.
i feel like cheated and doubt will i receive my money back or not .
