Reimbursement of money and connection cancellation

Hi,

I took the GTPL broadband connection on 8/6/2012. But GTPL is not providing satisfactory services. The internet is not working since last 2 weeks. I keeps posting on mails to GTPL customer care but the representatives are not responding to my mails. Moreover, I had also submitted the application to cancel the connection but they are not answering anything.
