I lodged complaint two times. i was told to wait for 48hrs thrice. but the request is not completed even they are not proiding me the proper status. my phone was cut several time by customercare. and now they are charging for calling customer care too.. its insane. m harassed mentally. plz will airtel take any noticeof it??? my request reference number is 21005036209 and 21002193930
