not leaving my mobile no.after MNP

sir ,
i have a mobile no. 9997689100 of BSNL co.
and i want to leave a co. due to my area network problem(beharipur kherwan bareilly)but the bsnl co.not leaving my no. i tried four times for mnp but co. not leaving me.
