I have received a call from Idea Co which is a Telecom co.The employee of the Idea company told me that I have good Plan for you. On a rental of Rs 175/- monthly 400 local calls, 200 STD calls & 200 local+National SMS is Free & there is no roaming charges all over Maharashtra .On that time I agreed and portable my number from LOOP to IDEA. On 07-06-2012 I were portable my Loop mobile No. into Idea. My number is 09029995305. Now they are charging Roaming, National SMS charges, & activated a new services & they charge without any information provided by me. I complaint to Idea Customer care on 17-06-2012 about Wrong information. But till the time I have not received any feedback from them & so many times I were called in Idea Customer Care & they told that within 24 hours it will get resolved.
Please guide me now what can I do?
