After this email your care personnel again called to confirm whether I would like to take the offer which after today is increasing to Rs. 599/- . when I narrated the entire story to her , she politely said that “I will speak to my seniors and revert back to you” . I am still waiting for the call. THIS IS SERVICE YOU RENDER.
I am again reminding you to return the money collected in cash (Rs.500/-) today (3rd July 2012) by Mr.Akbar (Mobile : 8588856425) from me within 48hrs. of receipt of this mail and collect back all papers and card allotted.

Today your representative called and someone visited to collect 500 rupees in cash and delivered membership card no. 90270895/469. Please note that I have been availing your services for the past 8 years and had no problems whatsoever with response.
Today when I tried to get the card activated as per your “mandatory” requirement I dialed in 7 times and could not get connected to your activation department as the line got disconnected on all 6 occasions. On the 7th call the way I was attended is completely unsavory and un-professional approach from your personnel attending to calls on 47090909.
This mail to you is to let you know that given such behavior from your service personnel I would not like to continue the service. I therefore ask you to return back the cash collected from me as I do not want to avail of services where the customer is treated in this fashion.
Hence I would request you to refund me back the amount of Rs. 500/- and you can collect all documents handed over to me without any further delay.
