Not able to use 5 GB data

Hi All,

I am using Idea sim card having plan 1299 . in this plan 5 GB data donlading is free . But i am not able to use this services beacuse of poor n/w serivce provided by IDEA . i called many times to idea customer sevice but no action taken palce till know . my number is 8419817345
